The March drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, March 25th.  The lucky winner of the Ruger Red Label 12 Gauge Over/Under Shotgun details with a retail value of $1956.00 was Ron Tischer of Stoddard, WI. 

The February drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, February 25th.  The lucky winner of the Ruger M77 Hawkeye Predator .22-250 Rem. Rifle details with a retail value of $935.00 was Bradley Role of Coon Valley, WI. 

The January drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, January 28th.  The lucky winner of the CZ Woodcock 28 Gauge Over/Under Shotgun with a retail value of $1332.00 was Nancy Leer of Westby, WI. 

The December drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, December 17th.  The lucky winner of the Remington Model 700 CDL 30-06 Rifle with a retail value of $959.00 was Jim Brower of La Crosse, WI. 

The November drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, November 19th.  The lucky winner of the Sako Model 85 Grey Wolf .270 Win. Rifle with a retail value of $1650.00 was Scott Ellsworth of Ontario, WI. 

The October drawing in the CVCC's Raffle for Serious Sportsmen was held at the monthly membership meeting on Thursday, October 24th.  The lucky winner of the Mathews Monster Compound Bow with a retail value of $899.00 was Mike Thesing of La Crescent, MN. 

The annual CVCC Big Buck Contest is on.  This year's contest is open to members only and the cost is still only $5.00 to enter and includes a 100% payback.  60% of the pot goes to the rack totaling the highest score by adding the inside spread to the number of points that are 1" or longer;  40% of the pot goes to the heaviest deer, buck or doe, based on field dressed weight with a witnessed weight slip.  This year's contest will include both the Wisconsin Gun Deer and Muzzleloader
