The “Chicken Pits” where we cook chicken for the chicken Que, Ribs for the Fall festival and a few other activities have been rebuilt. They had started to deteriorate over the years and needed to be refreshed. New frames and steel were put in so they have now been completely renewed. Thanks to Ron Moilien and Bruce King for getting the work done on this. Also of note, we got the light improved in area as well. More lights have been added and they are no longer taking the heat of the pits directly.
